Water soluble film PVA film has excellent water solubility and is able to dissolve in different water temperatures and at different solving pace.
Taking PVA film as embroidery underlay, you may have more colorful, beautiful and brighter embroidery pattern. Water soluble PVA film can be dissolved completely in cold water. There is no bad effect on the embroidery pattern, moreover production efficiency will be increased and energy is saved.

In production, we use infrared thickness gauge to check the film thickness.

When we prepare the goods, we use thickness caliper to check thickness of the goods.

1, Q: How will you pack the product?
A: We will use paper cartons to pack the product, usually 2 or 4 rolls per cartons,or according to your demands.

2, Q: How many rolls can be full fitted into one container, such as 20FT, 40FT?
A: According to the goods quantity and the carton's size,we will calculate for you accordingly.

3, Q: How about the adhesive of the adhesive film?
A:It is self adhesive adhesive film. We can produce one side and two sides adhesive but usually one side adhesive. Besides, the stickiness can be controlled as customized.

4, Q: How many layers of the adhesive film can your equipment make?
A: Our equipment can produce 1/2/3 layers adhesive film.

5, Q: Do you accept OEM?
A: Yes, we do.

6, Q: Do you provide free sample? And how many days it will take?
A: Yes, we provide free sample, only need you to pay the courier charge. We will make the sample within 1 working days and it will take 3-7days on the transportation.

7, Q: What's your delivery time?
A: We are factory, so we can efficiently control the production time, and then for the delivery time, it is 3-15 working days.

8, Q: What's your production capacity?
A: At present, our production capacity is 6000 rolls per month. However, we are planning to open a new factory and add more production lines.

9, Q: Can you produce colored adhesive film?
A: The film colors depend on the raw material's colors, if the quantity is big, we will make colors adhesive film for you, if you just have a small quantity, we need add some charge.

10, Q: What's your payment term?
